Cost & Process

Our Affordable Housing Program is made possible by the many partnerships with government and non-profit agencies in our area who are advocating for displaced individuals.




Generally, we provide houses that meet the following criteria:

  • Ideal location for served population

  • Single-multi family homes

  • Clean & rehabed if needed

  • 4-6 Bedrooms

  • Private rooms

  • Shared rooms

  • 2-3 Full bathrooms

  • Near a bus line & grocery store

  • Fully furnished including linens & basic cleaning supplies

  • Washer & Dryer provided

  • Streaming TV & wifi

  • Computer & printer station

  • Keyless Entry

  • Security Systems

  • Quarterly pest control


The price of rent depends on the property type & preference of the applicant. Generally, this is what to expect:

  • There is no credit check

  • Rent price includes all utilities (wifi) in our fully furnished houses.

  • Upon acceptance, first month's rent plus a deposit of half of the monthly rent cost

  • Application/Cleaning Fee: $100

  • Single bed: $600-$950

  • Private room: $800-$1300

  • We do accept SSI, SDI & Veteran's benefits

  • Private pay options are: Check, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle

  • Clients with representative payee services or a dedicated agency paying on their behalf. 

1. Meet Admission Requirements

  • Photo ID

  • 30-days sober

  • Willing to abide by House Rules


2. Apply Online

  • Fill out the online application and one of our intake specialists will contact you.

3. Intake Interview & Orientation

  • Upon filling out application, you will be contacted by a specialist who will do an over the phone interview and answer any questions you may have.

  • Pay first month rent & deposit

4. Move In!

  • After the application, interview and paying up front costs and fees, you will be welcomed to move in and receive a tour of the house.
