Generally, we provide houses that meet the following criteria:

2-3 Full bathrooms

Near a bus line & grocery store

Fully furnished including linens & basic cleaning supplies

Washer & Dryer provided

Streaming TV & wifi

Computer & printer station

Keyless Entry

Security Systems

Quarterly pest control

The price of rent depends on the property type & preference of the applicant. Generally, this is what to expect:

There is no credit check

Rent price includes all utilities (wifi) in our fully furnished houses.

Upon acceptance, first month's rent plus a deposit of half of the monthly rent cost

Application/Cleaning Fee: $100
-
Single bed: $600-$950
-
Private room: $800-$1300
-
We do accept SSI, SDI & Veteran's benefits
-
Private pay options are: Check, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle
-
Clients with representative payee services or a dedicated agency paying on their behalf.

Fill out the online application and one of our intake specialists will contact you.

3. Intake Interview & Orientation

Upon filling out application, you will be contacted by a specialist who will do an over the phone interview and answer any questions you may have.

Pay first month rent & deposit

4. Move In!

After the application, interview and paying up front costs and fees, you will be welcomed to move in and receive a tour of the house.
